The Cycle (of Procrastination)
My senior project was about procrastination. I spent 95% of the semester reading, asking, experimenting, deciding, and undeciding what form the project would take, which changed many times along the way, and solidified dangerously near its due date.

In the end, I designed a series of 9 posters. The posters progress according to the "cycle of procrastination"—a 9-step sequence of documented stages that one goes through when procrastinating. The cycle was mentioned in almost every book I referenced. The build-up of slightly obsessive sketching conveys the growing anxiety and wild despair that accompanies the cycle.

Posters were digitally printed on matte vellum screen and hung from the ceiling in back-to-back rows for the gallery show, to emphasize the build up of sketching/anxiety and allow more people to see the piece at one time.
